Are your Technicians qualified?
All of our Technicians and Engineers are fully qualified for all the work that is undertaken. Our Electricians are NIC EIC approved and we also have full insurance coverage as well.
Do you provide 24 Hour Engineers?
Whenever you phone us our helpful staff will be able to deal with your enquiry quickly and efficiently. An engineer can usually be with you within the hour if required. Alternatively a booking will be made to suit the customers' time schedule.
Is there a call-out charge?
We do not charge for Engineers visits within the M25 . What you see on our price list is what you pay.
Do you provide free quotes and estimates
Yes we do. Depending on the type of work required, our services are carried out on either an hourly rate, or a fixed price can be given for larger jobs. We will confirm this and provide a free estimate on the time it should take to complete the work and all applicable charges which are transparent.

Do you offer any warranty on Electrical, Gas or Plumbing Services?
Most items comes with a manufacturer warranty, in addition we guarantee all our workmanship and labour on parts fitted for 3 months.
